At Southern Cross we provide a One Stop Service offering you convenience and ease. We take care of the entire order for you from start to finish. The quality and finish of our products and embroidery are something that we are very proud of at Southern Cross and we know you too will be satisfied with the end result.
Turn Around Time Image for approval: 1-2 business days after order and artwork received. Please contact us for a special pricing on larger quantities and turn around time. Southern Cross Artwork Requirements: Vectorised Artwork (.eps or .ai files) These are preferred files type for the correct decoration and reproduction of your logo on promotional products. These files allow us to accurately manipulate logos and the elements which they are comprised of to resize without any loss of quality, detail or accuracy, ensuring the best possible result of your logo on your choice of promotional products. JPEG(.jpg) Files High resolution jpg files are okay for embroidery or printing promotional products such as caps, stubby cooler, clothing, etc, depending on the logo design. Though it is not a preferred file type for most logo reproduction on promotional products, we will try to work something out if necessary, sometimes re-drawing artwork fee may apply. PDF Files If you do not have vectorised artwork, .pdf files are also ok for most of the embroidery or printing job, again re-drawing artwork fee may apply. |
